Display and Measures
dis1
Every bottle position has 3 physical buttons. 2 of these can be programmed to a measure by physically calibrating the pour into a certified measure optic. The 3rd button is set for free flow as a top up option and can be disabled if required for retail outlets.

Temperature can be set with a simple program.

Digital Display
Every bottle position has 3 'touch screen' buttons. 2 buttons for programmed measures and 1 for free flow. The measures are programmed with a digital input ( measured in mm) and checked with a pour into a certified measurement optic.
Temperature is controlled directly from the panel touch screen.

We recommend that all measures are regularly tested with measured optics and served with lined glasses.
Every system comes with separate dual temperature zones separated by an internal partition. These can independently set to different temperatures enabling you to serve red and white wine from the same cabinet. The 4 and 6 bottle systems have one access door while the 8 and 12 bottle systems have double access doors, one for each zone.

Thermoelectric cooling has the advantage of low noise, low vibration and low heat output with increased durability. These systems are suitable for 'normal' temperature environments of restaurants or retail premises. This is the only option currently available.

Classic Compressor cooling has the advantage of enhanced powerful cooling to lower temperatures in hot environments. These systems are suitable for hot back bar areas. this option will be available in 2011.
Argon gas or Nitrogen can be used with the Vinoglass systems.

Argon is considered to be the premium preservation gas as its classed as one of the noble gases and is inert. It preserves wine in premium condition for the longest periods of time( upto and over 14 days).
Nitrogen is more cost effective (compared to Argon) and more user friendly with Nitrogen generators that are available powering multiple cabinets at once. Recommended for preservation of 14 days or under.
